Comparison review

Motorola edge has a global score of 89.6, which is much better than Galaxy S5 Plus's global score of 78.1. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola edge has the previous 10 version while Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2. Although the Motorola edge is incredibly newer than the Galaxy S5 Plus, it's thicker and a lot heavier.

The Galaxy S5 Plus has a more vivid screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a really smaller screen and a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, it also counts with a little better amount of pixels per display inch. Motorola edge has much more storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 256 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.

Galaxy S5 Plus's CPU is just as good as Motorola edge's CPU, because although the Galaxy S5 Plus has 4 less cpu cores and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. The Motorola edge counts with a really longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.

The Motorola edge captures much clearer photos and videos than Galaxy S5 Plus, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Motorola edge also has a bigger aperture to take better photos and video in low-light environments, a much larger camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.

Motorola edge costs a lot more than Galaxy S5 Plus, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
