Motorola edge has a global score of 89.6, which is a bit better than Xperia XZ2 Premium's 82.2 score. The Motorola edge is a newer cellphone, and it's also extremely lighter and notably thinner than Xperia XZ2 Premium. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a much better looking display than Motorola edge, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 2160 x 3840px resolution and a way greater pixel density.
The Motorola edge has a superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB and 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a little bit better performance than Motorola edge. They have 6 GB of RAM memory and 8 processing cores.
Motorola edge counts with longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. Motorola edge takes much better photos and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a same size diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Motorola edge also has a back facing camera with a way better 64 mega pixels resolution and a lot bigger back camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and pictures.
