Motorola edge has an overall score of 89.6, which is better than the Sony Xperia XZs's 77.2 overall score. Motorola edge is a newer phone than Sony Xperia XZs, but it is thicker and heavier. The Sony Xperia XZs has a little more vivid screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater screen pixels density.
The Motorola edge features a much greater memory for applications and games than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 256 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Motorola edge counts with a little better processing power than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a larger number of faster cores and 2 GB more RAM memory.
The Motorola edge counts with a very superior battery life than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a 55% bigger battery size. The Xperia XZs shoots clearer videos and photos than Motorola edge, although it has a way tinier camera sensor capturing less light and dull colors, a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for taking pictures and videos in low light situations and a way less mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
