Comparison review

The Motorola edge is much better than the Xperia Z4v, having a general score of 89.6 against 78.8. Motorola edge's design is notably newer, but somewhat heavier and a little thicker than Xperia Z4v. Both devices we are comparing here include Android operating system, but Motorola edge has newer 10 version while Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1.

The Xperia Z4v has a much sharper screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a really smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a greater pixel number in each screen inch. Xperia Z4v counts with a little bit better performance than Motorola edge, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia Z4v also counts with an additional GPU.

The Motorola edge counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xperia Z4v, because it has 256 GB internal memory and an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Motorola edge shoots better videos and photos than Sony Xperia Z4v, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Motorola edge also has a lot better resolution back camera, a way larger sensor taking lot better quality videos and photographs and a larger camera aperture to take better images and video in low-light environments.

The Motorola edge has a superior battery lifetime than Xperia Z4v, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.

Although Motorola edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xperia Z4v, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xperia Z4v. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Motorola edge, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xperia Z4v, giving up some features and specifications.
