Comparison review
The Motorola edge has a global score of 89.6, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro's 82.9 overall score. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Motorola edge has 10 version and Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has Android 9.0 Pie. Motorola edge's design is a little thicker but a little lighter than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, and both of them were released only 7 months apart.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has a bit better display than Motorola edge, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display. Motorola edge has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because it has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 1000 GB and 256 GB internal memory.
Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro has just a little better hardware performance than Motorola edge, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The Motorola edge shoots a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same camera aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Motorola edge also counts with a larger back camera sensor and a back facing camera with much more megapixels.
The Motorola edge features a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4000mAh.
