Comparison review
The Motorola edge is much better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, getting a general score of 89.6 against 78.1. Motorola edge's design is way newer, but somewhat heavier and thicker than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Motorola edge has the previous 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Motorola edge features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have 6 GB of RAM memory, the Motorola edge also has a higher number of cores (but slower). Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a bit better screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixel amount per display inch.
Motorola edge features a lot bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has 256 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1000 GB. Motorola edge counts with a way better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Motorola edge also has a bigger aperture to capture better low-light captures and videos, a way bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a lot better resolution back-facing camera.
The Motorola edge has a little better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has an 18% bigger battery size.
