Comparison review
Motorola edge has a general score of 89.6, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's global score of 77.7. Although it's the best in this review, Motorola edge's construction is thicker and heavier than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Both phones in this review include Android OS (operating system), but Motorola edge has 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo.
The Motorola edge has just a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and a 6 GB RAM. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite features just a bit better looking screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a little smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2280 pixels resolution, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of screen.
Motorola edge features much more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has 256 GB internal storage and a SD card slot that admits up to 1000 GB. Motorola edge counts with improved battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 3350mAh.
Motorola edge features a greater camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video definition, the Motorola edge also has a larger aperture to capture better captures and video in low-light environments, a lot better resolution back camera and a lot bigger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
