Comparison review
Motorola edge is better than the Xiaomi Redmi 9T, with a overall score of 89.6 against 78.2. Both of these phones have the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference in that aspect. Motorola edge's construction is just a bit thinner and just a little lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi 9T, even though both were released with only a couple of months difference.
The Motorola edge counts with a bit faster CPU than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola edge also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a screen that's just as good as the Motorola edge one, because although the Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, it also counts with a bit greater display density.
The Motorola edge shoots much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the Motorola edge also has a lot better (4K) video quality, a lot higher resolution back facing camera and a larger camera sensor providing a higher image quality. Motorola edge features a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because it has 256 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1000 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T features improved battery performance than Motorola edge, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
