Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim has a score of 60.4, which is just a bit better than Motorola Moto E's score of 56.9. Although the Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim and Motorola Moto E were released with only a couple of months difference, the Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim is incredibly thinner and a little bit lighter. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim has the previous 4.2 version and Motorola Moto E has Android 4.4.4.

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim's CPU is just as good as the processor in Moto E, because although the Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, and they both have the same RAM amount, it also counts with 2 more CPU cores. Galaxy S3 Slim counts with a display that is just as good as Motorola Moto E's display, because although the Galaxy S3 Slim has a bit lower pixel count per inch in the screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 960 x 540 pixels, it also counts with a quite bigger screen.

The Galaxy S3 Slim takes clearer pictures and videos than Moto E. Both of them have a back camera with a 5 MP resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim counts with a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Moto E, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 32 GB, the Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim also has more internal storage.

Galaxy S3 Slim has a bit superior battery life than Motorola Moto E, because it has a 6% larger battery capacity.

Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy S3 Slim is also cheap compared to the Moto E, which makes it a very good choice.
