LG Phoenix 5 is better than Motorola Moto E, getting a overall score of 67.4 against 56.9. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the LG Phoenix 5 has the older 10 version and Motorola Moto E has Android 4.4.4 version. The LG Phoenix 5 body is much newer and noticeably thinner, but a little heavier than the Motorola Moto E.

The Motorola Moto E has a little sharper screen than LG Phoenix 5, although it has a way worse 960 x 540 resolution, a just a little lower amount of pixels per inch of screen and a really smaller display. The LG Phoenix 5 has a faster CPU than Moto E, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a higher number of faster cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
