Galaxy S III has a score of 70.8, which is much better than the Moto E's 56.9 global score. Galaxy S III is an older device than Moto E, but it is just a little bit lighter and way thinner anyway. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S III has the older 4.1.2 version while Moto E has Android 4.4.4 version.

Samsung Galaxy S III features a bit better processor than Moto E, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 400 megahertz graphics processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S III also has 1 GB more RAM.
