The Galaxy S4 has a general score of 76.1, which is much better than Motorola Moto E4's general score of 66.5. Although the Galaxy S4 is a lot older than the Motorola Moto E4, it's design is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter. Samsung Galaxy S4 has just a little better hardware performance than Moto E4, and although they both have 2 GB of RAM and 4 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also has a graphics processing unit.
