The Motorola Moto Z3 has an overall score of 77.6, which is a bit better than the Motorola Moto E40's overall score of 71.8. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Motorola Moto Z3 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Moto E40 has Android 11 version, providing some nice extra features and performance optimizations.
