Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is way better than Motorola Moto E40, with an 86.6 score against 71.8. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has the previous 10 version while Motorola Moto E40 has Android 11 version.
