The Motorola Edge 40 has a general score of 77.2, which is just a bit better than the Moto E6 Plus's score of 73.4. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 40 has older 13 version and Moto E6 Plus has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though the Motorola Edge 40 is heavier than the Moto E6 Plus, it's somewhat thinner and notably newer.

Motorola Moto E6 Plus features a way better hardware performance than Motorola Edge 40, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Motorola Edge 40 features a way better battery performance than Moto E6 Plus, because it has a 4400mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
