Comparison review
The HTC U23 Pro has a global score of 77.8, which is slightly better than the Moto E7 Plus's 75.7 general score. Although HTC U23 Pro is a little heavier than the Moto E7 Plus, it's a little thinner and also a lot newer. Both of these devices include Android OS, but HTC U23 Pro has a more recent 13 version while Moto E7 Plus has Android 10 version, giving you a lot of extra features.
Motorola Moto E7 Plus counts with a much better performing CPU than HTC U23 Pro, although it has 8 GB less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
