The Motorola Edge 50 Neo is a little bit better than Motorola Moto E7 Plus, getting a global score of 81.9 against 75.7. Motorola Edge 50 Neo's body is newer, thinner and somewhat lighter than Motorola Moto E7 Plus. Both devices in this review include Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Edge 50 Neo has the newer 14 version while Motorola Moto E7 Plus has Android 10, providing the user a couple nice extra features.

Motorola Edge 50 Neo features a quite bigger storage for games and applications than Motorola Moto E7 Plus, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory capacity. The Moto E7 Plus features improved battery lifetime than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4310mAh.
