The Samsung Galaxy C7 has a global score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than the Moto E7 Plus's overall score of 75.7. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy C7 has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Moto E7 Plus has Android 10, so it provides the user a couple additional features. Samsung Galaxy C7's construction is somewhat lighter and notably thinner than the Moto E7 Plus, even though it was released many years before.

The Motorola Moto E7 Plus has a much longer battery life than Galaxy C7, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
