The Galaxy M12 is a bit better than the Moto E7 Plus, having a score of 80 against 75.7. Both of these devices work with the same Android 10 OS. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, it must be told that it's also a little bit heavier and just a little thicker. Galaxy M12 has a display that's very similar to the display in Moto E7 Plus, they have the same exact 720 x 1600 resolution, the same number of pixels per inch of screen and a display with the same size.
Galaxy M12 features a bit faster CPU than Moto E7 Plus. They have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Samsung Galaxy M12 has a quite bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Motorola Moto E7 Plus, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy M12 also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 1 TB.
Galaxy M12 features longer battery life than Motorola Moto E7 Plus, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh. Moto E7 Plus captures slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy M12, and although they both have a 48 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Moto E7 Plus also has a larger aperture to take better low-light photography and faster 60 fps video frame rate.
