The Galaxy Note4 has a score of 77.6, which is a little bit better than Motorola Moto E7 Plus's overall score of 75.7. Even though Galaxy Note4 is way older than Motorola Moto E7 Plus, it's design is a little thinner and somewhat lighter. The Galaxy Note4 counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Motorola Moto E7 Plus, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
