Although LG G8 ThinQ is older than Moto G 5G Plus, it's construction is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner. The LG G8 ThinQ features just a bit better processing power than Moto G 5G Plus, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the LG G8 ThinQ also has more RAM memory.

The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a much better display than Motorola Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and a greater pixel density. The Moto G 5G Plus counts with a much better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a smaller camera aperture which is not good for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Moto G 5G Plus also counts with a lot better resolution camera in the back and a much bigger sensor taking much higher quality videos and photos.

The LG G8 ThinQ has a much greater memory capacity to store more apps and games than Moto G 5G Plus, because it has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory. The Moto G 5G Plus features a much better battery performance than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
