The Moto G 5G Plus has a general score of 82.6, which is slightly better than the LG V35 ThinQ's overall score of 81.3. Moto G 5G Plus's body is notably newer, but thicker and much heavier than the LG V35 ThinQ. The LG V35 ThinQ has just a little better performance than Motorola Moto G 5G Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG V35 ThinQ also has more RAM.

LG V35 ThinQ features a bit sharper display than Motorola Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixel number per inch of display and a higher 1440 x 2880 resolution. Moto G 5G Plus takes much better videos and photos than LG V35 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video definition, the Moto G 5G Plus also counts with a lot better 48 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality pictures and videos.

The LG V35 ThinQ counts with a greater memory to store more games and applications than Motorola Moto G 5G Plus, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the LG V35 ThinQ also has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Moto G 5G Plus counts with a way better battery lifetime than LG V35 ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh.
