Moto G 5G Plus has a score of 82.6, which is a little bit better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo's 77 overall score. Moto G 5G Plus is a better cellphone than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, it must be noted that it's also a way older, heavier and thicker cellphone. The Moto G 5G Plus features a lot better processing power than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a much better display than Moto G 5G Plus, although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a bit smaller display and a little bit lower pixel count in each inch in the screen. Moto G 5G Plus counts with a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 1000 GB.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a bit better camera than Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also counts with a much larger back camera sensor shooting much better quality pictures and videos and a back facing camera with more mega-pixels.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with a battery duration that's just as good as the battery life in Moto G 5G Plus.
