The Motorola Edge 50 Pro is slightly better than Moto G 5G Plus, getting a overall score of 86.3 against 82.6. Motorola Edge 50 Pro is a newer phone, and it's also lighter and just a little thinner than Moto G 5G Plus. The Moto G 5G Plus has a way better performance than Motorola Edge 50 Pro, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.

The Motorola Edge 50 Pro features a sharper display than Motorola Moto G 5G Plus, although it has a quite lower display pixel density and a little worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, they both have a display of the same size. The Motorola Edge 50 Pro has just a bit better camera than Moto G 5G Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro also has a higher 50 mega pixels resolution back facing camera, a lot larger sensor and a larger aperture to take better captures and video in low-light situations.
