Moto G 5G Plus has a score of 82.6, which is slightly better than the Moto G8 Power's overall score of 76. Even though the Moto G 5G Plus and Moto G8 Power were released with only a couple of months difference, the Moto G 5G Plus construction is just a little thinner but also just a little bit heavier than Moto G8 Power.

The Motorola Moto G 5G Plus counts with just a bit better looking screen than Moto G8 Power, because it has a little bit bigger display, a little more pixels per screen inch and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2520. The Moto G 5G Plus features a bit better hardware performance than Motorola Moto G8 Power. Both of them have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores.

The Motorola Moto G 5G Plus counts with a better camera than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same aperture and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Moto G 5G Plus also has a way higher resolution back facing camera and a much bigger back camera sensor which gives a way higher photo and video quality.

Motorola Moto G 5G Plus counts with a greater memory for games and applications than Motorola Moto G8 Power, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage, the Motorola Moto G 5G Plus also has a SD card slot that allows up to 1000 GB.
