Moto G 5G Plus is a little bit better than Motorola Moto G9 Play, having a global score of 82.6 against 76.7. Although Moto G 5G Plus and Motorola Moto G9 Play were released only 2 months apart, the Moto G 5G Plus construction is a little heavier but also just a bit thinner. The Moto G 5G Plus has just a little better hardware performance than Moto G9 Play. Both have a Octa-Core processor and a 4 GB RAM.
Moto G 5G Plus features a sharper screen than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because it has a much higher display density, a little bit bigger display and a way better 1080 x 2520 resolution. The Moto G 5G Plus has a bit better camera than Motorola Moto G9 Play, because although it has a smaller sensor capturing worse quality videos and pictures, and they both have a 48 mega pixels resolution back camera and a same size aperture, the Moto G 5G Plus also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
Moto G 5G Plus features a bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Motorola Moto G9 Play, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Moto G 5G Plus also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. Moto G9 Play features a battery duration that's very similar to the Motorola Moto G 5G Plus one.
