The Motorola Moto G 5G Plus is a bit better than the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, with a overall score of 82.6 against 79.8. Motorola Moto G 5G Plus's construction is way newer than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's, although it's somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker. Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a bit faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with an extra graphics processor.

The Xperia Z5 Premium features a way better display than Moto G 5G Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and a much greater amount of pixels per inch of screen. The Moto G 5G Plus counts with a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB and 64 GB internal memory.

The Motorola Moto G 5G Plus shoots clearer videos and photos than Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video definition, the Motorola Moto G 5G Plus also has a camera in the back with a way higher 48 megapixels resolution, a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a bigger aperture to capture better low light images and videos.
