Comparison review
The LG Velvet is a little bit better than the Moto G 5G, getting an 87.1 score against 81.5. Although the LG Velvet and Moto G 5G were released with only 7 months difference, the LG Velvet is way thinner and lighter. The LG Velvet counts with a slightly better looking display than Moto G 5G, because it has a bit more pixels per inch in the display, a little bigger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2460px.
LG Velvet features a much greater storage for apps and games than Motorola Moto G 5G, because it has an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. LG Velvet has a little faster processor than Motorola Moto G 5G, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the LG Velvet also has a higher amount of RAM.
The Motorola Moto G 5G counts with improved battery lifetime than LG Velvet, because it has a 16 percent more battery size. LG Velvet shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Moto G 5G, although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low-light images and video, they both have a back camera with a 48 megapixels, the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution.
