The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a global score of 98, which is a lot better than the Motorola Moto G 5G's score of 81.5. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body is somewhat thinner than the Motorola Moto G 5G, but it's a bit heavier and was released just 9 months before. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and Motorola Moto G 5G has Android 10, providing the user some extra features and increased performance.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit superior processor than Moto G 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little sharper screen than Motorola Moto G 5G, because it has more pixels per inch of display, a little larger display and a better resolution of 1440 x 3200.
