Xperia 5 III has a score of 90.5, which is much better than the Moto G 5G's 81.5 overall score. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 5 III has the newer 11 version while Moto G 5G has Android 10, providing you a couple additional features. Xperia 5 III's design is thinner and lighter than Moto G 5G, although both were only released 4 months apart.
The Xperia 5 III features a bit sharper screen than Moto G 5G, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch of display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2520px resolution.
