Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 8 has an overall score of 83.3, which is a bit better than the Moto G 5G's global score of 81.5. Both of these devices have the same Android 10 OS (operating system). The Xiaomi Mi 8 design is incredibly thinner and somewhat lighter than the Moto G 5G, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 features a bit more powerful processor than Moto G 5G, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has a greater amount of RAM. Xiaomi Mi 8 has a bit more vivid screen than Moto G 5G, because although it has a little smaller display and a bit lower 1080 x 2248 pixels resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater amount of pixels in each inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 features a slightly better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto G 5G, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Moto G 5G counts with a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Moto G 5G also has a larger camera aperture to take better captures and video in poorly lited environments and a back camera with a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution.
Moto G 5G counts with a much longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 47 percent more battery size.
