The Motorola Moto G 5G has a score of 81.5, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Poco X2's 79.3 global score. Motorola Moto G 5G's design is newer, but a little heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Poco X2. Both devices we compare here work with Android OS, but the Motorola Moto G 5G has older 10 version and Xiaomi Poco X2 has Android 11.
Xiaomi Poco X2 and Motorola Moto G 5G feature very similar displays, both have a screen of the same size, the same pixel density and the same exact 1080 x 2400 resolution. Motorola Moto G 5G has a much bigger storage to install games and applications than Xiaomi Poco X2, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Motorola Moto G 5G also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.

Xiaomi Poco X2 takes much better photos and videos than Moto G 5G, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not good for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Xiaomi Poco X2 also counts with a camera in the back with lot more megapixels.
The Moto G 5G counts with just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Poco X2, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
