Comparison review
The Motorola Moto G31 is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G Fast, with a 77 score against 72.2. These phones come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system). Motorola Moto G31's body is newer, a bit thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Motorola Moto G Fast. Moto G31's CPU is just as good as the processing unit in Moto G Fast, and although the Moto G31 has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
The Moto G31 counts with a more vivid display than Motorola Moto G Fast, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Moto G31 also has a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a much higher count of pixels per display inch. The Moto G31 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Moto G Fast, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light images and videos, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video definition, the Moto G31 also counts with a back facing camera with a much higher resolution.

The Moto G31 features improved battery lifetime than Motorola Moto G Fast, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
