Galaxy A20s is a bit better than the Moto G Fast, getting a overall score of 77 against 72.2. Although the Galaxy A20s and the Moto G Fast were released with only a couple of months difference, the Galaxy A20s is somewhat thinner and a little lighter. These phones work with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that.
The Moto G Fast features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy A20s, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Samsung Galaxy A20s and Moto G Fast count with similar screens, because although the Samsung Galaxy A20s has a just a bit lower screen density, and they both have an equal 720 x 1560 resolution, it also counts with a little larger screen.
Moto G Fast shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A20s, because it has a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a way larger sensor providing a lot better image quality, a bigger aperture to capture better low-light images and video and a more MP back facing camera. Galaxy A20s counts with a better storage for applications and games than Motorola Moto G Fast, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB, the Galaxy A20s also has 64 GB internal storage.
