The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is much better than the Moto G Fast, having an 83 score against 72.2. Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a way older and a bit heavier cellphone than the Moto G Fast, but Samsung was able to build it just a little bit thinner anyway. Both of these devices come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version and Moto G Fast has Android 11 version, so it provides you some additional features and a performance increase.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features just a little better hardware performance than Moto G Fast, and although they both have 8 cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 also has 3 GB more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note8 features an incredibly better screen than Moto G Fast, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a way better pixel number per inch of display.

Moto G Fast shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same aperture, the Moto G Fast also counts with a much better 16 MP resolution back-facing camera.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a slightly better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Motorola Moto G Fast, because although it has an external memory slot that admits 256 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. Motorola Moto G Fast counts with better battery life than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3300mAh.

The Galaxy Note8 is way more expensive than the Motorola Moto G Fast, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
