Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is a lot better than the Moto G Fast's 72.2 score. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has newer 13 version and Moto G Fast has Android 11 version, giving some nice extra features and increased performance. Even though Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G and Moto G Fast were released only a couple of months apart, Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's body is heavier but a little thinner.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a way better looking display than Moto G Fast, because it has a lot greater pixel density, a little bit bigger screen and a much better resolution of 1440 x 3200px. Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto G Fast, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with just a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G Fast, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a greater amount of RAM. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes way better videos and photos than Motorola Moto G Fast, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is worse for low light images and videos, it also counts with a much bigger sensor shooting much better quality photos and videos, a back-facing camera with a much higher 108 megapixels resolution and a way higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has longer battery life than Motorola Moto G Fast, because it has a 25 percent larger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is way more expensive than Motorola Moto G Fast, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Moto G Fast. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Motorola Moto G Fast, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
