Comparison review

The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is much better than the Motorola Moto G Fast, with a 79.8 score against 72.2. Although Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is notably older than the Motorola Moto G Fast, it's construction is somewhat thinner and just a little lighter. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has the older 5.1 version while Motorola Moto G Fast has Android 11.

Xperia Z5 Premium has a much better looking screen than Moto G Fast, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way greater screen density and a much better 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features just a bit better hardware performance than Motorola Moto G Fast, and although they both have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a graphics processing unit.

Xperia Z5 Premium counts with just a bit better camera than Moto G Fast, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for low light captures and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a camera in the back with a much better resolution and a larger sensor.

The Moto G Fast counts with more memory capacity for apps and games than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Moto G Fast also has a SD memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. Moto G Fast has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3430mAh.

Although Sony Xperia Z5 Premium is a better device, it is way more expensive than Moto G Fast, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G Fast. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the Moto G Fast, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
