Sony Xperia 1 III has a score of 93.3, which is way better than Motorola Moto G Power (2021)'s global score of 76.5. Even when Sony Xperia 1 III and the Motorola Moto G Power (2021) were released with only 6 months difference, Sony Xperia 1 III is somewhat thinner and just a bit lighter. The Xperia 1 III features an incredibly better screen than Motorola Moto G Power (2021), because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a much higher count of pixels per screen inch and a lot higher 1644 x 3840 resolution.
The Xperia 1 III features a superior storage for apps and games than Moto G Power (2021), because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB and more internal storage capacity. The Sony Xperia 1 III has a little bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G Power (2021), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
The Motorola Moto G Power (2021) features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xperia 1 III, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Motorola Moto G Power (2021) shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Xperia 1 III, because although it has worse 60 fps video frame rate and a smaller back-facing camera sensor which gives a worse photo and video quality, and they both have the same video definition and a same size aperture, the Motorola Moto G Power (2021) also counts with a camera with a much better resolution.

If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Motorola Moto G Power (2021), and give up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
