Galaxy J8 has a general score of 76.7, which is slightly better than Moto G Power 5G (2023)'s 74.4 general score. Galaxy J8's design is just a little bit thinner and a little lighter than the Moto G Power 5G (2023), despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Galaxy J8 has the older 10 version and Moto G Power 5G (2023) has Android 13 version.

The Samsung Galaxy J8 has a much more powerful CPU than Moto G Power 5G (2023), although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. The Moto G Power 5G (2023) has a slightly better screen than Galaxy J8, because it has a quite larger screen, a way better 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and more pixels per inch in the display.

Moto G Power 5G (2023) features a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy J8, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Motorola Moto G Power 5G (2023) counts with a much better battery performance than Galaxy J8, because it has a 43 percent more battery capacity.

Galaxy J8's camera is just as good as the camera in Motorola Moto G Power 5G (2023), because although the Galaxy J8 has a back camera with a way worse resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture to take better low light photos and videos.
