Huawei Nova 9 is better than Moto G Power 5G (2024), with a score of 81 against 73. Huawei Nova 9's construction is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner than the Moto G Power 5G (2024), despite of the fact that it was released 2 years before. Both devices in this review work with Android OS, but the Huawei Nova 9 has 11 version while Moto G Power 5G (2024) has Android 14.
Huawei Nova 9 features a slightly better display than Motorola Moto G Power 5G (2024), although it has a quite smaller screen, a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little worse screen pixels density. The Huawei Nova 9's memory to store more apps and games is just as good as the Moto G Power 5G (2024) one, both have exactly the same internal storage.
The Huawei Nova 9 counts with a much greater hardware performance than Moto G Power 5G (2024). They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. The Huawei Nova 9 captures much clearer photos and videos than Moto G Power 5G (2024), although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and videos, they both have a camera with a 50 megapixels resolution.
The Moto G Power 5G (2024) features improved battery duration than Huawei Nova 9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4300mAh.
