Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) has an overall score of 79.2, which is slightly better than the Moto G Power 5G (2024)'s overall score of 73. Both phones in this review work with Android OS, but Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) has the newer 15 version and Moto G Power 5G (2024) has Android 14 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features and some performance improvements. Motorola Razr Ultra (2025)'s construction is newer, a bit lighter and a lot thinner than the Moto G Power 5G (2024).
Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) has a bit superior CPU than Motorola Moto G Power 5G (2024), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) also has a higher amount of RAM. Moto G Power 5G (2024) features a much sharper display than Motorola Razr Ultra (2025), although it has a little smaller display.
Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) shoots much clearer videos and photos than Moto G Power 5G (2024). Both of them have the same resolution back-facing camera and the same diafragm aperture. The Motorola Razr Ultra (2025) has a much greater storage to install games and applications than Motorola Moto G Power 5G (2024), because it has more internal memory.
The Motorola Moto G Power 5G (2024) has just a bit better battery performance than Motorola Razr Ultra (2025), because it has a 6 percent greater battery capacity.
