IPhone 6s Plus has a global score of 84.2, which is much better than the Moto G Power's global score of 76.1. Despite of the fact that iPhone 6s Plus is older than the Moto G Power, it's construction is way thinner and a little lighter. The iPhone 6s Plus works with iOS 9.x operating system, and Moto G Power counts with Android 11 operating system.
The iPhone 6s Plus has a better display than Moto G Power, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better pixel density. The Moto G Power features a better storage to store more apps and games than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB.
Apple iPhone 6s Plus has a little bit better hardware performance than Moto G Power, because although it has an inferior number of cores and slower and 2 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64-bits processor. The Motorola Moto G Power shoots clearer pictures and videos than iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Moto G Power also has a back camera with a lot higher 16 MP resolution, a bigger sensor and a lot larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light photos and video.
The Moto G Power has a much better battery duration than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2750mAh.
Although iPhone 6s Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Moto G Power. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Moto G Power, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
