The HTC U Ultra is just a bit better than Motorola Moto G Power, getting a general score of 77 against 76.1. HTC U Ultra is an much older phone than Motorola Moto G Power, but it is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter anyway. The HTC U Ultra features a little bit better looking screen than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen.
HTC U Ultra counts with a much bigger memory for apps and games than Moto G Power, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB. Moto G Power has a little bit better processing power than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Moto G Power also has a larger number of cores.
Motorola Moto G Power has a really longer battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity. Moto G Power takes clearer photographs and videos than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor shooting worse quality images, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Moto G Power also counts with a larger aperture and a camera in the back with a way better resolution.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto G Power. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Moto G Power, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
