Comparison review
Huawei P40 Lite is slightly better than Motorola Moto G Power, getting a 79.5 score against 76.1. Even when the Huawei P40 Lite and Motorola Moto G Power were only released with a couple months difference, the Huawei P40 Lite is just a little bit lighter and thinner. Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Huawei P40 Lite has older 10 version while Motorola Moto G Power has Android 11.
Huawei P40 Lite has a slightly better display than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Huawei P40 Lite also has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2310 and a little bit better pixels count per screen inch. Huawei P40 Lite features a little bit better performance than Motorola Moto G Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P40 Lite also has more RAM memory.
The Moto G Power features a better storage for games and applications than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Moto G Power counts with improved battery performance than Huawei P40 Lite, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 4200mAh.
The Huawei P40 Lite shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low-light captures and video, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a lot bigger sensor providing a way better image quality and a lot higher 48 megapixels resolution camera.
Although Huawei P40 Lite is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Moto G Power. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Moto G Power, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
