The Motorola Edge (2024) is a bit better than Motorola Moto G Power, with a 78.5 score against 76.1. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge (2024) has newer 14 version while Motorola Moto G Power has Android 11 version. The Motorola Edge (2024) is a incredibly newer phone, and it's also somewhat thinner and lighter than the Motorola Moto G Power.
The Motorola Edge (2024) has a much better looking screen than Motorola Moto G Power, because it has a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution, a little bigger display and a quite greater pixels density. Motorola Edge (2024) counts with a greater memory for applications and games than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 192 GB more internal memory.
Motorola Moto G Power counts with a very superior processing unit than Motorola Edge (2024), although it has 4 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Edge (2024)'s battery life is very similar to the battery lifetime in Motorola Moto G Power. Motorola Edge (2024) takes clearer photos and videos than Moto G Power, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low light photography and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge (2024) also counts with a lot larger back camera sensor providing a way higher image quality and a lot higher resolution camera in the back.
Although Motorola Edge (2024) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Moto G Power. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Moto G Power, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
