Even though Motorola Moto G8 Plus and the Moto G Power were released only 6 months apart, Motorola Moto G8 Plus is just a little bit thinner and just a bit lighter. The Motorola Moto G8 Plus's processor is very similar to the processing unit in Moto G Power, both of them have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores.
The Moto G8 Plus and Moto G Power count with similar screens, because although the Moto G8 Plus has a quite smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit higher number of pixels in each inch in the screen. The Moto G8 Plus has as much storage capacity for games and applications as Motorola Moto G Power, they have a SD extension slot that admits up to 512 GB and the same internal storage.
The Motorola Moto G Power has longer battery duration than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh. Motorola Moto G8 Plus captures better photographs and videos than Moto G Power, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a same size aperture and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus also has a lot bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality photographs and videos and a lot higher resolution back camera.
