Comparison review

Galaxy A42 is better than the Motorola Moto G Power, with a general score of 87 against 76.1. Both of these phones use the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect. The Galaxy A42 body is thinner and a little lighter than the Motorola Moto G Power, although both of them were only released with a few months difference.

The Motorola Moto G Power has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a much better 1080 x 2300 resolution. Galaxy A42 has a very superior storage for applications and games than Motorola Moto G Power, because it has 64 GB more internal memory and an external SD slot that admits up to 1000 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy A42 has a bit more powerful processor than Motorola Moto G Power. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and 4 GB of RAM memory. The Galaxy A42's battery lifetime is just as good as the battery performance in Moto G Power. Galaxy A42 features a superior camera than Moto G Power, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for low light photography and videos, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy A42 also counts with a camera in the back with much more mega pixels.
