The Moto G Power is a bit better than the Galaxy A5 (2017), having a 76.1 score against 75.8. The Moto G Power is a a lot newer phone than Galaxy A5 (2017), but it is somewhat thicker and notably heavier. The Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) counts with a slightly better display than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little greater pixels density.

Moto G Power has a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A5 (2017), because it has more internal storage and a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 512 GB. The Moto G Power counts with a bit superior CPU than Galaxy A5 (2017), and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Moto G Power also has more RAM memory.

The Motorola Moto G Power takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), and although they both have the same resolution back facing camera, the Motorola Moto G Power also has a larger aperture to take better low-light captures and video and a way higher (4K) video definition.

Motorola Moto G Power has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy A5 (2017), because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
