Galaxy Alpha is a little bit better than the Moto G Power, with a 76.3 score against 76.1. Galaxy Alpha's body is incredibly lighter and thinner than the Moto G Power. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Alpha has a more recent 4.4.4 version while Moto G Power has Android 11.

The Galaxy Alpha counts with just a little better performance than Moto G Power, because although it has less RAM and less processing cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a bit sharper display than Moto G Power, although it has a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution, a way smaller display and a just a bit less pixels per display inch.

Moto G Power features just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Moto G Power also has a lot better resolution back facing camera and a way bigger aperture to capture better low-light photography.

The Moto G Power features much more memory for apps and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal storage and an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Motorola Moto G Power counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 1860mAh.

Although Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto G Power. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Moto G Power, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your budget.
