Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than the Moto G Power, having a score of 98.9 against 76.1. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a more recent 13 version while Moto G Power has Android 11. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's body is a bit heavier but thinner than Moto G Power, and both of them were released only 4 months apart.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a little faster processor than Moto G Power, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has 8 GB more RAM. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a bit more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G Power, because it has a better 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution, a quite bigger screen and a little more pixels per screen inch.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a much better camera than Motorola Moto G Power, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and video, it also counts with a much higher 7680x4320 video definition, a way larger sensor providing a way better image quality and a back camera with a lot better resolution.

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features much more memory for apps and games than Moto G Power, because it has a SD memory slot that holds up to 1000 GB and 128 GB internal storage. The Moto G Power features a little longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because it has an 11 percent more battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than Moto G Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto G Power. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, otherwise you can save some money and get the Moto G Power, resigning a couple features and specifications.
